Dayna has been providing professional health and fitness services for over 17 years. After completion of her collegiate athlete career and graduation with a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from Phillips University, Dayna continued to develop her expertise and experience by obtaining certification from the United States Navy for Fitness & Water Survival Training, as well as Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Dayna owned and operated her own fitness & nutrition business for 11 years and joined forces with Fusion Athletic Club in May 2021. Dayna continues to motivate and encourage others by providing strength and conditioning programs for a very diverse clientele, from the former competitive athlete to the stay-at-home mom, to the grandma working to maintain quality of life. Dayna has proven her value to countless clients by helping them reach their fitness goals and realizing their full potential. She lives by the phrase “Movement is Medicine” and believes wholeheartedly that movement can prevent disease, mask symptoms of others and even reverse some chronic conditions. Dayna’s desire to help others become the absolute best version of themselves!
